A cool Herb & Zingy Spice RUB - An Incredibly flavoured Argentinian marinade for all meat/veg
Chimichurri is the most incredible and delicious sauce around with a range of ways of using it, both in cooking and as a condiment. It gets its fame from the beautiful marriage of herbs, chillies, garlic and zing from either red wine vinegar or lemon with olive oil or sunflower oil. It's traditionally served with grilled steak and is an essential part of an Argentinian parrillada or barbecued mixed grill. It goes great with lamb, chicken and fish, and is a must with grilled chorizo sausages. Chimichurri works well as a marinade and also gives a spark of flavour to vegetables.
