Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@justcoscatering.co.uk. Once your return has been accepted, re-pack all of the items you want to return into the original box with the filler provided to ensure that the items are protected in transit. If you no longer have the original packaging please use an appropriate substitute and ensure that the items are packed with suitable filler to protect them as you will not be eligible for a refund if the items we received are damaged. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Posting the Items

We do not issue return shipping labels. It is your responsibility to mail items back to us.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in the postal system. It is critical that you obtain Proof of Postage.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items can not be returned if they have been opened. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging, unless damaged in transit. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
